Buzzing with creativity and a thirst to help our honey bees, EcoCat was born.
My passion for an earthy, modern and soulful style is innate. My grandmother (pictured in the awesome circular glasses), also a Catherine Elizabeth, turned "Kitty", was a true fashionista and lover of people, sports and laughter. Her energy in a room (or on a mountain) was palpable - that picture only captures a snippit of her vibrant soul. Her glasses have become her symbol and are the inspiration for my logo...
While she is my fashion and moxie guru, she's not the only influence on starting EcoCat; I come from a line of independent women who crashed through their glass ceilings and created their own magic in many forms. From award-winning she-pilots (in a time when that was unheard of) and typists, to activists, I have been surrounded by the beauty of she-strength and passion.
